Symposium Scope: 

This symposium is held to honor Prof. Vittaya Amornkitbamrung for his outstanding contributions to understanding materials phenomena, which led to the developments of scientific tools, innovations, and advanced nanomaterials research for energy in Thailand. This symposium is open for contributions by “Invitation Only” on topics related to his excellence in applied physics and materials research including but not limited to: 
 
(1) Diamond and carbon related materials 
(2) Dyed Sensitize and Perovskite solar cells 
(3) Nanomaterials for energy applications: From fundamentals to practical applications and commercialization 
(4) Physics of Thin-films and Semiconductors 
(5) Prototypes, invention, characterization, and simulation of solid-state materials phenomena at different scales. 
 
The event is open to the public, and the organizers encourage young researchers and students to join this special symposium.
